1 · Acceptance & Changes

1.1 Registering an account or using tower-casino.ca ("the Site") means you accept these Terms, the Privacy Notice and the rules of any game or promotion you join. Decline them by not using the Site.

1.2 We may amend these Terms; material changes are posted on the Site and, where required, emailed. Continued use after the stated effective date is acceptance. Promotional material never overrides these Terms.

2 · Your Account

2.1 You must be of legal gambling age in your province or territory (19+ in most of Canada; 18+ in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec) and lawfully permitted to gamble online where you reside.

2.2 One account per person, household, device and IP address. Accounts are personal and non-transferable; sharing credentials is a breach.

2.3 Registration details must be accurate and match your government ID. We may request verification documents at any time and suspend accounts pending review.

2.4 All activity under your login is your responsibility — report suspected compromise to support immediately.

3 · Money

3.1 The cashier operates in Canadian dollars through the methods on the banking page. We charge no payment fees; third parties may.

3.2 Withdrawals return to the deposit method where technically possible, after a completed identity check (first cashout only).

3.3 Deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal; deposits made without play may be returned less third-party costs under anti-money-laundering rules.

3.4 Transaction and weekly limits vary with verification level and VIP status and may be adjusted.

4 · Bonuses

4.1 Every promotion carries its own published terms — minimum deposit, wagering, weighting, maximum bet, expiry — which form part of this agreement. One welcome offer per player.

4.2 We may withhold or reclaim bonuses and attributable winnings where abuse is identified: multi-accounting, low-risk wagering patterns, exploitation of errors, or breach of offer rules.

4.3 Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds are staked after real funds and expire 30 days after crediting.

5 · Safer Gambling

5.1 Deposit, loss, wager and session limits, reality checks, cooling-off and self-exclusion are available under Account → Safer Play and described on the safer play page. Limit decreases apply immediately; increases take effect after 24 hours.

5.2 Self-exclusion is binding for its full term. We take reasonable steps to prevent excluded players from re-registering; play during a breach may be voided.

6 · Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

6.1 Grounds for suspension, closure and possible confiscation of winnings include: fraud; VPN use to disguise jurisdiction; bots, scrapers or automation; collusion or syndicate play; arbitrage of pricing errors; and any unlawful activity.

6.2 Bets and game rounds affected by malfunction or palpable error may be voided. RNG certifications are maintained with independent laboratories.

7 · Content & Liability

7.1 All Site content and the Tower Casino brand are owned by or licensed to us; you receive a personal, revocable licence to use the Site for play only.

7.2 The Site is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, downtime and events beyond reasonable control. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8 · Disputes, Law & Contact

8.1 Raise complaints with support first; unresolved matters escalate to [email protected] and, where applicable, the licensing authority's dispute service. Claims must be brought within six months of the event.

8.2 These Terms are governed by the law applicable under our gaming licence, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your province.
